[Capush] clamp camera unit

A clamp camera is a mobile extension of the pan-tilt camera. It includes a battery pack and is mounted on a clamp, so that it can easily be moved and attached in the environment in different locations to get different points of view. This unit can thus be used to capture a scene from flexible points of view, providing the makers with a quick and simple way to set up their scene.
Bill of material
- 1 Raspberry Pi (we used a Pi3B+ but a smaller form factor such as a Pi Zero W should be sufficient)
- 1 Raspberry Camera Module V2
- Pan/tilt frame with 2 SG90 servos
- PCA9685 Servo Shield
- RPi UPSPack V3
- clamps with strong springs and a hole to attach a unit
